Power Of Choice Assembly: 11/29

On Thursday 11/29 their were two consecutive Power Of Choice Assemblies. Students who had maintained level 2 and 3 level were awarded a certificate. We had a performance by Ms. Madino’s Class and Mr. Mac’s class showcased their blog MACBlOG.
Sixty-three students recieved awards and level 3 students were entered into a Kb toy raffle.
All and all a good day. Leave a comment or suggestion for our next POC assembly 12/20/07. See ya there and earn those points!
I really enjoyed attending this assembly. Great Job on the part of students and staff. Nice to see such a large number of students earning their points. Maybe next month 73 students will be on stage. I really enjoyed the poems by Ms. Madino’s class and the presentation of Macblog to the school. I look forward to the next one.

The assembly was fun because all your good behavior pays off and you can show all your old teachers that you got a power of choice level award.You get to show everybody how good you can read with the whole school watching you when it was my turn to read I wrote that I don’t like to fight so when I was reading I forgot that I wrote I dont like to fight so I said I like to fight and ever body started to laught and say it says I don’t like to fight. when I brong an award home my dad was so proud of me that he let me get a earing that I been wanting.
I like the assembly because I saw great work in some people.And also I was proud of my great work.I was not proud of some people in the assembly.I wont to thank Ms.Vivaldi and Ms.Rosen.
I really loved seeing all of the students who earned level 2 and level 3. I know that all of them worked hard and are continuing to earn for the next assembly. Congratulations to all level students. I can’t wait until the next assembly!!!!!

I got a level 3 Award. I liked the assembly. I was proud. Our next trip for the Power of Choice is to HOme Town Buffet . You have be level 3 for 4 weeks to go. I am going to Make it.

I was proud of the students because some made level 3 and level 2. The teachers were happy to see them get awards. I am going to the next assembly as a level 3 student.

I like the assembly but I didn’t get an award because I was being bad.I am having a hard time making level 2,I am losing alot in Ms. Currelleys class. I am going to just try to ignore people so I can get on level.

It was nice the Power of Choice. I did not get an award. But maybe I will get one next assembly on 12/20/07.
I would be happy to get and excited to get an award. I have to work on some of my behaviors to earn level.
The assembly was fun. I got a level 3 award. I was a little afraid because I got stage fright. But I suck it up and stood there on stage. I was proud of my self. when I got home and I showed my grandma she called up her friend and had a little party. Then on Sunday we went on a shopping spree and she bought me a prize.

I am happy because I got an award.My mother was happy about it and my teacher was too. I made level 2 last time this time I am working towards level 3.
I REALLY LIKED THE ASSEMBLY BECAUSE I MADE LEVEL 3 . AND IT WAS REALLY COOL.AND THE DOUHNUTS WERE GOOD TO.

I went to the assembly I made level 2 but not every week. I am making level 3 this month and I will get an award. I liked it.

I was so proud of everyone who earned awards, and it was a pleasure to hear students reading their original poems and blog entries.
I know several performances are in the works for the next one. The school really felt like a Team at assembly and that is a great feeling..
