We are looking for constructive suggestions to improve the Power of Choice program. Think about one or two ways that would make our behavior program stronger and type your ideas in here. We will have a POC meeting following the Feburary break to discuss suggestions.

You may blog your suggestions here by hitting the comment button on this post, type in the suggestion and  then hit submit.

I think the return of club hour is a good idea, with strict controls on who attends and close watch on the program to ensure it’s success.
We are all so busy this can be difficult to maintain.

There should be more choices of clubs for students. One way of incorporating more clubs and teachers to be involved would be to have clubs during a common teaching period instead of on teacher’s prep.

I would not mind running an art club again. I have had a few students ask about it, so there is some interest there. I do agree, as you suggested, that there need to be strict controls on attendees and close supervision.
